If multiple individuals residing at the same household attempt to claim the same introductory or promotional offer through different accounts, mobile numbers, SIM cards, or registrations, Freshyzo may deny, cancel, or restrict such promotional benefits.
Where a promotional benefit has already been availed at a particular household, subsequent registrations from the same household may not be eligible for the promotional component of the offer.
In such cases:
Customers may utilize products or services equivalent to the value actually paid by them.
Additional free products, promotional credits, or bonus benefits may not be granted.
No refund shall be issued for ineligibility arising from violation of promotional offer conditions.
Promotional benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
