REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS
Freshyzo may offer referral rewards, cashback, wallet credits, discounts, or promotional benefits from time to time.
Under the current referral program, both the Referrer and the Referred Customer may become eligible for referral benefits subject to successful completion of all referral conditions.
Referral Eligibility
For referral purposes:
"Referrer" means an existing Freshyzo customer who shares their referral code or referral link.
"Referred Customer" means a new customer who joins Freshyzo using the Referrer's referral code or referral link.
Conditions for Referral Reward
Referral rewards shall be credited only when all of the following conditions are fulfilled:
The Referred Customer must be a genuine new customer.
The Referred Customer must successfully subscribe to a minimum one-month paid subscription plan.
Trial plans, introductory offers, promotional trial packs, or free trial subscriptions shall not be considered eligible subscriptions for referral rewards.
The Referred Customer must successfully receive and complete 30 consecutive days of paid deliveries under the subscribed plan.
The subscription must remain active and in good standing throughout the qualifying period.
No fraud, duplicate account activity, promotional misuse, self-referral, or policy violation should be detected.
Referral Reward Credit
Upon successful completion of 30 days of paid deliveries by the Referred Customer:
The Referrer shall receive a referral reward of ₹100 in their Freshyzo wallet.
The Referred Customer shall receive a referral reward of ₹100 in their Freshyzo wallet.
Referral rewards shall be credited only after Freshyzo verifies successful completion of all eligibility requirements.
Non-Eligibility Cases
Referral rewards shall not be granted if:
The Referred Customer purchases only a trial pack or introductory offer.
The subscription is cancelled before completion of 30 successful delivery days.
The account is found to be duplicate or fraudulent.
The referral involves the same household, family member, alternate mobile number, or duplicate address.
Self-referrals are detected.
Any attempt is made to manipulate, misuse, or circumvent the referral program.
One Household Restriction
Referral rewards shall not be available where the Referrer and Referred Customer belong to the same household, delivery address, family unit, or are otherwise determined by Freshyzo to be duplicate or related accounts created for obtaining referral benefits.
Freshyzo reserves the right to verify eligibility using delivery address, contact information, device information, payment records, account activity, and other verification methods.
Final Decision
Freshyzo reserves the sole right to approve, reject, withhold, reverse, or cancel any referral reward if it believes that the referral program has been misused or that eligibility conditions have not been met.
All decisions made by Freshyzo regarding referral eligibility and reward credit shall be final and binding.
